This project assumes the developement of certain activities, divided in departments, within a club of special needed persons, which gathers in last Saturday of each month at 3:00pm, at SOS Radio station headquarters:

The Educational Department:
- computers
- musical training
- driving lessons
- remote education and other proper ways for special needed persons
- artistical and workmanship training

The Spiritual Department:
- religious meetings
- biblical courses
- spiritual advising

The Health Department:
- massage
- wheelchairs and other medical articles distribution
- drugs distribution
- build up a recovering place, medical gymnastics

The Social Department:
- financial support
- the meet of other needs to the persons with handicap
- legal support

The Camps and Trips Department:
- transportation
- proper accomodation
- camp activities administration

The International Relationships Department:
- co-operation with similar organizations
- conferences, symposium meetings
