HARVEST CELEBRATION - OCTOBER 24th, 2004
Sunday, October 24th, SOS Church from Ploiești celebrated Harvest Day. Once again we had the oportunity to appreciate how much God blessed us this year. I remember last year we've celebrated in the SOS auditorium, a smaller one, fewer people. Now, after only one year, we stay in a much bigger auditorium, are more people and enjoy much more blessings. So we had all the reasons to praise God's faithfulness and goodness.
Much more, the new auditorium has been finished by talented people who gave a very modern aspect to the church. The result was over expectations.
 
The Sunday morning message shew that the spiritual fruits which a Christian has to bring, are four kinds:
- The winning of the lost people.
- Serving those who are in need.
- A Christ-like character.
- Praise and thanks to God.
The joy was much bigger when at the end of the program were people that gave their lives in the Lord's hand and Christians that wished a renewing of their commitment with Christ.
CHRISTIAN LEADERS CONFERENCE - AMARA 2004
In September 28 - 30th 2004 took place the Christian Leaders Conference in Amara resort, at Lebăda Hotel. This event was organized by HELP MINISTRIES INC. and HELP MINISTRIES ROMANIA Foundations, and have participated about 200 people. The organizers invited at this event a team from Mexic, servants of God with a big impact in the area where they come from and shepherd tens of thosands of people. Spoke Timothy Ost (american missionary's son in Mexic, Daniel Ost), Silvester and Ruth de la O. The purpose of this conference was to present the G-12 type cell vision (home groups). The themes dicussed there had an extraordinary impact among the participants who left that place with a strong inner desire and a lightened fire in their heart for God's ministry. We all understood that we have to do more for the lost ones to come back to Jesus Christ, and then to be discipled, consolidated, and after that to be sent in ministry. More preachers and church leaders from the country received the challenge - to agree the cell vision in their church.

Also this period of time we celebrated 50 years of serving in life of Richard and Leona Ellison. Their big heart for Romania guided them to celebrate this event through serving, sponsoring this important conference.
